Chelmsford Training Services offer Apprenticeships to those aged 16+. These Apprenticeships combine work-based skills and theoretical learning while focusing on the job as a whole. They allow the employee to acquire and apply the skills, knowledge and understanding required by employers in specific professions. Many employers believe that investing in apprentices makes their business more competitive and they provide a higher overall productivity, whilst reducing staff turnover.

Some of these courses are work-based and have funding available to assist employers in placing staff on training programmes; some are short courses which are full cost and will need to be funded through your employer or yourselves.
