Programme Title	Description

Food Safety in Catering - Level 2	The Food Safety in Catering programme provides a firm grasp of the importance of food safety and knowledge of the systems, techniques and procedures involved. An understanding of how to control food safety risks (personal hygiene, food storage, cooking and handling) and confidence and expertise to safely deliver quality food to customers. This programme is offered at full cost for £90.

Paediatric First Aid	The Paediatric First Aid programme covers a number of areas including the principles of resuscitation and childhood conditions. This programme is offered at full cost for £70.

First Aid at Work	In The First Aid at Work programme all learners will be assessed by independent assessors on their ability to act safely, promptly and effectively for a casualty who is unresponsive, requires CPR and who is wounded and bleeding. This programme is offered at full cost for £240.

First Aid at Work Requalification	The First Aid at Work Requalification programme is a refresher course on first aid skills including incident management and CPR. This programme is offered at full cost for £150.
