| Professional Cookery - Level 2 |
The Professional Cookery programme is to provide learners with the skills and qualifications they need to work in the catering industry. Areas covered include cooking skills, production methods and food hygiene. All training will take place within the workplace. This programme is offered as an apprenticeship for learners ages 16-18 and 19+. It is also offered at full cost for £1,100.

| Professional Cookery - Level 3 |
The Professional Cookery programme is designed to extend the learners' skills in cooking food. The learner will need to be working in a supervisory role within the catering industry. All training will take place within the workplace. This programme is offered as an apprenticeship for learners ages 16-18 and 19+. It is also offered at full cost for £1,250.

| Food and Beverage Service - Level 2 |
The Food and Beverage Service programme covers: how a restaurant operates, silver service, flambé, how to run a bar, make cocktails, dispense alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and waiting skills. All training will take place within the workplace. This programme is offered as an apprenticeship for learners ages 16-18 and 19+. It is also offered at full cost for £1,100.
