Why are you doing this course?

I am doing the customer services course as I would like to learn about how it works and what happened within the apprenticeship. I also think it will help me identify the kind of career path I would like to pursue in the future.

Where do you want to be when you have finished?

I am hoping this apprenticeship will help me to find out.

What are your Hobbies?

I enjoy going out with friends, shopping and spending time with my family; I also enjoy meeting new people.

What are your Ambitions?

I would like to get a well paid job.
