Working Together on Apprenticeships

Our role is to advise you on:
•    Which apprentice is right for you
•    How the apprenticeship will work for you
•    What funding is available
•    A training plan for your apprentice

We will monitor the training and evaluation to ensure the national quality standards are met and delivered through integrated and coherent training programmes.

In return you must:
•    Give apprentices an induction to their role
•    Provide on-the-job training
•    Pay the apprentices wages
•    Allow time for formal training and observation
